Kimberly Bean

Kimberly Bean has more than 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the residential lending industry. A true believer in loyal, trusting relationships, she has worked at Summit Mortgage Corporation, in Portland Oregon, since 1996. As a locally-owned and operated direct lender, Summit Mortgage Corporation gives Kimberly the ability to access more programs and provide highly competitive rates while giving superior local guidance.

Kimberly is a great facilitator to new and long-term clients while servicing their ever-changing needs. She prides herself on providing a high level of knowledge and service to clients and referral partners. This includes educating borrowers – whose experience ranges from first-time home buyers to sophisticated investors – on home options and keeping all involved parties updated throughout the mortgage process. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Kimberly received degrees in both finance and marketing. She is a NATIVE TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST and is proud that she got to raise her family in the community in which she works. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking and traveling.
