La Center
Just about 20 miles north of Vancouver is the community of La Center, Washington. With a population of just under 3,000, La Center may be small, but it has a lot to offer. This town is home to three casinos, a variety of beautiful parks and trails, as well as fun annual community events like the La Center “Our Days” Celebration. Apart from being a beautiful place to live, La Center has one of the lowest crime rates in Washington State.
Mortgage Banker, Duke Clinton, is proud to call La Center his home. Duke and his family moved to La Center over six years ago from Idaho. Contact Duke today to learn more about living in La Center and find out about our $1500 Closing Cost Credit which can be used towards all newly constructed properties.

The Trellis
Stop by The Trellis on 4th street in La Center to find a large selection of beautiful home and garden decor. Locally-owned and operated by Anthony Sharrah and opened in 2005, this quaint boutique has everything from art and statuaries to candles and jewelry – there is definitely a little something for everyone!
4th Street Bar & Grill
Just next door to The Trellis is the 4th Street Bar & Grill. The restaurant is co-owned by Anthony and his business partner, Steve, and opened in 2014. 4th Street Bar & Grill features made-from-scratch dishes like the Grilled Goat Cheese and made-to-order Mac n’ Cheese. Most of their menu items are the epitome of comfort food. Be sure to stop by for happy hour and try one of their hand-crafted cocktails.
Sadie & Josie’s Bakery
Sadie & Josie’s Bakery storefront was opened over seven years ago by the two sisters. They are serving up the freshest baked breads, pastries, cakes, pies, candies, and donuts daily. This community-based and family-owned bakery is particularly famous for their amazing sour dough bread.
