Top Counties in Oregon & Washington With Highest Price Increase

It’s no secret that the Oregon and Washington housing market is back on it’s feet. After the recession and housing crisis of 2008, the United States’ median home sale price reached a new high of $218,175 in November of last year.

The real estate intelligence and research site, FindTheHome, conducted a study to determine which counties in the U.S. saw the biggest percentage change in home prices between November 2015 and November 2016. Of the top 100 counties, a total of 10 were located in Oregon and Washington. While none of these 10 counties made the top ten, it’s clear to see that both Oregon and Washington have made an impact on the housing market and, if the positive trend continues, will see tremendous growth.
